Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookie Recipe with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¾ cup butter-flavor shortening
- 2 tbs milk
- 1 tbs vanilla
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 (1.7 oz.) pkg. brown sugar replacement
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add milk, sugar, shortening and vanilla to a bowl and mix until creamy. Then add in salt, egg, baking soda and flour, blend well, now ad in chocolate pieces along with pecans. Start dropping rounded tbs, 3 inches apart on a non-greased cookie sheet. Bake for only 8-10 minutes.
Cookie Recipe with Vanilla
Ingredients
- ½ cup any brand sugar substitute
- 2 ounces candy
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 each egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose
- ½ tsp baking soda
Take a bowl and add in margarine and the sugar substitute, mix well. Now add in non-fat dry milk, egg, water and vanilla. Beat well for about 1 minute, at a medium speed. Well beat, fold in chocolate candy, mix, and then drop tsp onto non-greased cookie sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, at 350 degree F. Let cool on wire rack before serving.
Cookie Recipe with Nuts
Ingredients
- 1-⅓ cups (8-oz. pkg.) sugar free chocolate chips
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup sucralose-granulated sugar blend
- ⅓ cup sucralose-brown sugar blend
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Take a bowl and add in baking soda, flour and salt and keep aside. Take another bowl and mix and beat brown sugar, blend, butter, vanilla and granulated sugar, until creamy. When creamy, add eggs and beat well. Slowly add flour and again beat well. Then add in chocolate chips and nuts, mix, and drop by rounded tsp onto non-greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 7-9 minutes and when baked cool slightly, before shifting to wire rack.
Cookie Recipe with Banana
Ingredients
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup soy milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1 banana, mashed
- 3 cups flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup brown rice syrup
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Now take a bowl and put brown rice syrup, vegetable oil, banana and soy milk into and combine well and keep aside. Take another bowl, and add baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour into it, mix well and then add this mixture to the banana mixture. Fold in chocolate chips, drop by rounded tsp onto baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Let them cool.
