1 ¾ Cups of Cracker Crumbs
½ Cup Fat Free Butter
½ Tea Spoon Powdered Cinnamon
For the Cheesecake:
1 Cup Water
1 Pack Sugar Free Lemon Gelatin
2 Tea Spoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Light Whipped Topping
1 Pack Fat Free Cream Cheese
Method of Preparation of Sugar Free Cheesecake
Base:
Pre heat the oven at 175 Degrees C or at 350 Degrees F.
Take a bowl and mix the cracker crumbs, butter and cinnamon powder. Mix well.
Take a cooking pan and dust it with flour so that the base does not stick. Press the mixture into the pan, so that it looks like another pan.
Bake this in the oven for about 9 – 10 minutes. Put this aside to cool.
Cheesecake:
In a bowl beat the mixture of cream cheese and vanilla till it is smooth.
Take a cup of water and boil it, and dissolve the gelatin in it. Set this aside and allow this mixture to thicken a little. Take care that it does not cool, as it will set and then form lumps.
Add the gelatin to the mixture of cream cheese and vanilla, and then fold in the whipped topping.
Pour this mixture into the base we have made before. Put this into a refrigerator overnight.
Garnishing
You can place slices of your favorite fruits or sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of the cheesecake.
