Sugar Free Cereal Candy
Ingredients
- Evaporated milk,13 oz
- Artificial sweetener, 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract, 1 tsp
- Nuts, ¼ cup
- Butter, ¼ cup
- Cocoa, 3 tsps
- Unsweetened cereal crumbs, 2 ½ cup
- Heat the saucepan on low heat and mix cocoa and milk together. Beat the cocoa till it dissolves completely.
- Now add artificial sweetener, butter and nuts to the milk-cocoa mixture.
- Boil the solution and cook for 2-3 minutes, till it changes to hard paste.
- Turn off the heat and add cereal crumbs.
- Thicken the mixture and roll them to make the candies and then bake for 30 minutes.
- Refrigerate the candies overnight if you want to eat them chilled.
Ingredients
- Peanut butter, ¼ cup
- Cocoa, 1 tsp
- Wheat germ, 1 tsp
- Bread slices, 6-8
- Nuts, chopped, 2 tsps
- Cocoa, 1 tsp
- Remove the edges of the bread and let them dry overnight. Take it out and then bake in oven for half an hour at 350°F.
- Crumble the slices and mix it with peanut butter, wheat germ and nuts.
- Drop a little peanut oil from the top. Form round candies with the mixture and then grill them for 2 minutes. The candies are ready to be eaten.
Ingredients
- Skimmed milk, evaporated, unsweetened, 3tsps
- Margarine or butter, 1/3 cup
- Artificial sweetener, 1 cup
- Vanilla, 1tsp
- Salt, 1/8 tsp
- Sugar free chocolate, coating, 1 lb
- Cocoa powder, ¼ cup
- Cornstarch, 1 tsp
- Blend artificial sweetener and cornstarch in a mixer and grind to form powder.
- Mix butter/margarine, salt, vanilla and cream to form a paste.
- Combine cornstarch mix, cocoa powder and mix once again in a food processor.
- Chill in refrigerator for an hour. In the meantime melt the sugar free chocolate to coat the candies.
- Take scoops of same amount for the candy paste and dip the balls in chocolate coating.
- Place them on baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
Ingredients
- Sugar replacement, 1 cup
- Honey, 2 tsps
- Nuts, chopped, 1 cup
- Butter, 1 cup
- Soda crackers, salt free, 1 packet
- Unsweetened chocolate chips, ½ cup
- Spread an aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and grease with a little vegetable oil.
- Sprinkle a little flour on the top and then place the crackers on it.
- Boil sugar replacement and honey for two minutes and then pour it over soda crackers.
- Sprinkle finely chopped nuts from the top and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Take the cracker candies out from oven and add chocolate chips from top. The chips will melt due to the heat.

- Roasted peanuts, 2 cups
- Cinnamon, 1 tsp
- Maple syrup, sugar free or fresh, ¼ cup
- Egg white, 1
- Salt, ¼ tsp
- Artificial sweetener, ½ cup (optional)
- First heat the oven at 350°F.
- Beat egg white and add salt and cinnamon to it. You can also add artificial sweetener for a sweet taste.
- Now dip the roasted peanuts and coat with egg white and cinnamon mixture.
- Spread them on baking sheet, that has been greased with vegetable oil and bake for 25 minutes.
