This is very simple logic since if there is only one cell that the number can be placed thus there wouldn’t be anywhere else that that number can be placed.

2. The "Hidden Single Number" Option
"Hidden single number" also have one placement that they can go to. The additional options in the cell will be "hiding" the single option. In case that there are several candidates that are being shown from the surrounding columns, rows and regions, its possible that a "hidden single number" may be hard to mark. In the game, "hidden singles" will be happening a lot of times.

3. The "Hidden Two Numbers" Option
In case two numbers in a group contain identical pairs of options and no other row, column or region. Thus, those two other numbers may be excluded safely from other row, column or region. These numbers will be happening a lot of times in the game.

4. The "Naked Three Numbers" Option
It the game, another group of numbers that you can watch out for is the "naked three numbers" since these three numbers will not have other numbers that will be placed in the cells with them. Compared to the naked two numbers, this group of numbers does not require that all of the three options be in every cell. There is quite some time that only two options will be shown.

5. The "Hidden Three Numbers" Option
The "Hidden Three Numbers" are much complex for you to find. This group of numbers will be occurring in more complex puzzles. Just like the "Naked Three Numbers," these numbers are restricted to 3 cells in a column, row or region. Likewise, they have additional numbers that may hide the three options.

6. The "Naked Four Number" Option
One of the other Sudoku Tips would be to search for the "naked four numbers." Just like the "naked three numbers," four cells will be containing the four distinct options only in a column, row or region. These numbers will be removed from the other cells in this row once identified.

7. The "Hidden Four Numbers" Option
Just like the other "hidden" options, these are four cells that will be containing four distinct options in a column, row or region. The said four numbers are hidden by other options. This group is difficult to search for but they are rare to be seen. They will be happening in a few complex puzzles only.
