Before the game, assign a specific value for certain types of clothing (all the same value or under garments being worth more). Balancing the starting chips with the amount you each obtain per item of clothing is a little tricky. To ensure the chip balance/advantage is not always tilted toward one winning player, have the chip leader pay for the clothing removal rather than obtaining more chips from the bank. Once a piece of clothing is off, it stays off for the rest of the game.

Each of the above strip poker variations could be played by two people. But, if you are in an intimate relationship already, slowly stripping in front of each other may be a little tame. And, for some couples, risqué truth and dare options could become a problem and may even make the game become unpleasant. When a couple plays strip poker together, there needs to be a way to introduce stripping and various foreplay activities while maintaining the fun and competitive nature of the game. A Better Version for Couples
So, let’s consider an erotic, heads up variation of no limit Texas Hold’em for couples who want a more intimately exciting game of Strip Poker. To keep things relatively simple, these rules will be described in terms of single chips – use different colored chips to represent multiples of a single chip and assign any monetary value you choose. Each player should start with 50 chips and 4 or 5 items of clothing. Set the small and big blinds at 2 and 5 chips respectively. Note there are special heads up rules but this is intended to be fun so try not to get caught up in the nitty-gritty of official play.

Now, to add more erotic spice beyond just stripping, you need a way to integrate a few foreplay opportunities into the game. Before starting, make a list of pleasuring activities that you would like your lover to perform for you. Let your imagination go wild. Write down at least 10 and include a range of foreplay ideas from tender and sensual to intensely stimulating. Include one or two that may even be especially naughty. Now swap lists - use a single list for both if you desire. Then, together, assign a chip value for each activity ranging from 1-50 (for really wild or exotic ideas go up to 90). • Any time after the flop, the player with the fewest chips may bet a foreplay marker (either alone or with additional chips). Only one foreplay marker allowed per hand. Once a foreplay bet is made, no further raises can be made for the hand – just progress to the showdown. If you lose a foreplay bet, you are obliged to perform the specified pleasuring for the winner immediately.

The foreplay marker concept allows for completely open ended variety while also giving each player control over what they are willing to do. Initially, all in bets will be attempted with just chips since stripping off outer layers of clothing is "no big deal".
