Keep a tight reign on how you spend your time and money. If you are having a problem with either or both of them, then little self-control or self-restrain may prove good stress relief for college students. Doing one thing at a time will definitely help in improving performance, in terms of quantity and quality. When there are a number of things to do within a short span of time, making a plan to complete them will help.

The most important thing is to prioritize your tasks or activities. This will help you in focusing on the things that are most important for you. If used appropriately, planning and executing your plan to come on the top of things, can work as one of the best stress relievers for students. When you are studying, many things appear to be of importance, but not all of them are. You will have to find out new approaches to handle relationships, friends and/or financial problems, if they are the cause of your stress.
