Adopting a positive approach will be extremely helpful in strengthening you as you deal with these issues. Maintaining a balanced and healthy diet will also help. Those who are fit will be less vulnerable to stress. Think of ways to cope with stress. Take small walks, listen to soothing music or try aromatherapy to relax. Try not to get caught in the vicious circle of stress, avoid the habit of constantly thinking about your problems. If you find it hard, seek medical help.
