In case your workplace /job profile permits, listen to some soothing music while you are working. If your thought that being a kid is fun, and rosy, then you need to think twice about all the stress factors that affect kids. Children can face stress due to various issues like peer pressure, inability to perform academically, or even eating disorders. The best way to handle stress in children is to maintain a healthy conversation with children so that they feel free to open up to you and discuss their issues with you. Maintaining healthy and smooth relationships is perhaps one of the most challenging tasks in life. When you stay together there are times when you tend to get on each other’s nerves. The best way to prevent relationship related stress is to find an activity that interests all of you and do it together. Go out for a movie, take dance classes together or simply go for a morning walk together.

Every time you think you are about to lose your temper and say something mean and rude, stop yourself consciously and tell your self how much the person in front you means to you.
