Strange Love

About love given but not return. I wrote this poem for a person that e-mailed and asked me to write something for them. I hope that this poem will help you. Thanks Bobbie.
Life is so strange even in love
As I show you the love I have for you
You show me nothing in return
The love you show to me is like a big slap in my face

I love you with all I have to give you
I gave you my heart because it really was yours any way
So you took it and though it out the door or in the trash

With all I have to give I gave it to you
My heart, soul, and myself, my life
And you act like I'm not around

So I love you from afar my body aches without you
I've tried to end it all with the sweet death, but was stop
I was stop my a unseen force, and it keeps me here

I don't want to be your friend I want to be your one and only
The one that you think about at night, you think about before
You fall asleep

The person that makes you laugh, smile
Gives your heart the joy it needs the one
That makes you so happy gives you the lust we need

Don't leave me dangling like a fish
On a line, stand up to them all and
Speak out for our strange love.
