Stop Focus on Weight Loss
Weight loss is easier if you stop focus on it. Maybe you think that this is not right motivation technique, but it will save you psychical strengths.
If you focus on your weight loss diet for couple of hours you will be able to think about other important things.
I am trying to think for my weight loss when I have to make my meal and when I have to go to the gym. Because I do not think about weight loss all the time I am more motivated when my training comes.
Also if you stop thinking for your poor small meals when nutrition time comes you will be able to eat them without disgust.
I think about something I like and makes me happy. It can be your girlfriend or boyfriend, your project you working on. Sometimes it is very difficult to find inspiration in weight loss. You can find motivation everywhere. There are so many weight loss spots you can check every day.
Search in your daily round.
Focus on your daily life and things you like. Continue with your weight loss diet and trainings. You want felt when 10 or 20 pounds are not there anymore:)
