Hanging Knees-Up: Kids love these kinds of abdominal exercises as it involves their favorite activity of hanging. The aim of all stomach exercises for kids, to work the body but with fun. Crab Walk with Exercise Ball: You will need a yoga ball or Swiss exercise ball for this exercise. Ask the child to lie face down on the exercise ball, their belly should be on the ball, do not support the child's face with the ball. The child has to now move forward using his arms. Instruct him to maintain his legs under the ball. Once he has learned to move forward with ease, challenge him to move backward too.
