Star Coronia Chapter 3

Chapter 3 of my short story on a group of space mercenaries who call themselves "Star Coronia".
CHAPTER 3: Suspicion arises

After about 10 minutes of flight, they could see a battle in the distance. Lisa was
single-handedly fighting off the pirates, while Peter was standing by in the mother ship.
"Peter," Horatio said quietly over the intercom, "send me the boarding supplies."

"Huh? Alright, let me set the transmission system.." and about 1 minute later, in a
brilliant flash, Horatio's blaster and some timed explosives appeared in the CWING's cockpit.

"Did you get them?"

"Yeah I did, thanks Peter.." Horatio holstered his blaster, and clipped the dormant explosives onto his belt.

"Okay, Peter, go help out Lisa before she gets unlucky. I'm going to fly right at their mother ship and quickly dock, so that Horatio can board. After that I'll join in with you guys.

"Alright, roger that Jama." Was Peter's reply before their mother ship's bridge grew silent. Jama flew towards the enemy mother ship with ease, without any real oppression. He docked and had time to spare while Horatio exited the CWING.

"Be extra careful," Jama said with suspicion, "It was too easy getting to the mother ship, so they must have something up their sleeve." Horatio noticed Peter in his ship.

"Peter's out, I'll be fine, and you have a missile heading your way." Jama whipped around to see a missile heading to the CWING.

"Oh, yeah. See you later." Jama replied with coolness, and then dodged the missile with ease. Chuckling a bit, Horatio headed deeper into the enemy mother ship, following the signs which pointed him to the engine bay. He only ran into a couple lightly armed Pirates, but dispatched them with ease.

Jama's right, this is way too easy...
