Spread My Wings
Ever felt like the world's closing up on you?. .and ppl just making up stuff to bring u down? soo much .. that u lose sense of who u really are?? well. if I'm right. . Why does it always seem as though the sky’s falling?
I’ve just found my happy place. .
Why is the black noise filling my ears?
When all I wanna do is drift away from reality. .
I’m fallin in
Into the pit of misunderstandings
Stop building me up on what ur hearing
Why can’t u see?. . The person I really am
Deep inside. . just out of hand
My heart is freezing
From the fear that’s growing
I’m trying to walk away
But the invisible hands are invincible
Piercing through all the good memories
Washing them away with the tears
I can feel the waves at my feet
And the wind beneath my wings
I can see it
The best of me
Its floating beyond my reach
Stop shouting out the words
its drowning out the song it my heart
I wanna spread my wings
Let out all the pain
I just wanna be free. . . .
