Spoil Part 7

Josh point of view....

She looks so beautiful; I can't stand tears in her eyes. She didn't realize I was standing behind her, but when she looked back her eyes were filled with tears, I wanted to kiss her and tell her everything was going to be okay but she ran up to me and hug me. I didn't want to let her go.

'What's wrong?' I asked as I wipe her tears. She looks beautiful even when she's crying I thought, she never understand how much she means to me.

'Josh I won't be able to face my dad' She said looking at me with her lost blue eyes.

'Sandy, you can face him just talk to him everything is going to be okay' She didn't say anything.

'Let’s go back to the hospital, they need you' I said holding her both hands.

'Okay....' she said as she started to walk towards the car.

I still remember the day when I kissed her and she kissed me back, If she didn't love me why would she kiss me back I thought, she seem so confuse... but she's always confuse.
I have to find out if she loves me I love her so much but she doesn’t understand this. I wish she realize that she loves me.

'Thanks for being here with me Josh' She said as we drive towards the hospital, I look at her again she wasn't crying anymore.

I don't know why she got herself into so much trouble. She tells me everything but still there are things that she doesn’t say, I know she feels lonely but she doesn’t admits it.

'Is okay, Sandy I think you should talk to your parent' I want her to be happy.

I stop the car and she looks at me with question in her eyes. I kiss her on the lips I don't know why I did it but I can't stand seeing her so sad and lonely. I want her to know that I'm always here for her. She kisses me back but this time she doesn’t pulls back, I was actually surprise I didn't expect her to kiss me back.

She looks at me again and then she looks down.

'I'm sorry but I can't stand tears in your eyes' I said but She still doesn’t looks up or say anything, I start to drive again and we reach the hospital. I park the car and we get out of the car and start to walk toward the hospital but when I look turn I see Sandy not moving.

'I don't know....' She says looking at me, 'I don't know if I can love anyone and I don't want to hurt you'

'Your not going to hurt me and I love you I told you this before too and I also said that I would wait for you' I say walking towards her.

'I love you but I can't be with you I don't want to hurt you, whenever I go out with someone I end up hurting them' She says with tears in her eyes.

'Sandy, I know you won't hurt me' I touch her cheeks softly.

'What if I do, I don't want to lose you' She looks at me her eyes seems so lost and full of questions.

'I promise I will never leave you' I said looking into her eyes, she doesn’t say anything she starts walking towards the hospital.

I am scare to go out with him, he's my best friend and if I go out with him our friendship will be over we will never be same again. I can see love in his eyes for me the way he looks at me I know he cares about me so much but I can't be with him. I don't want to be hurt and I know I would only give him pain and nothing else.

'Do you know where my mom is?' I ask the nurse. I went in my dad's room he was sleeping and I couldn't find my mom anywhere. Josh decided to sit beside my dad so I can go find my mom.

'I think she went downstairs to get some coffee'

'Thanks' I said heading towards the elevator.

"Mom" I said as I got off the elevator

"Yes honey"

"I'm sorry" I said looking down

"Honey what's wrong?" She said walking towards me.

"Nothing, I just want to let you know that I'm sorry for everything"

"Oh honey come here" She said hugging me really tight and I started to cry.

"Honey please tell me what's wrong"

"Is dad going to be okay?" I asked

"Don't worry he will be fine" My mom said as she tried to smile at me.

"You need help with anything?" I asked as I wipe my tears.

"No you should go home now he's sleeping and I will be staying here" She said heading towards the elevator.

"I'll send Josh down" She added.

'Ready to leave' I heard Josh say from behind it almost made me jump, I don't know why but now my heart was beating fast really fast. what is wrong with me? why can't I just forget about everything? I thought.

'ahh... Yeah' I said looking back at him, he seem relax now but still I could see he wanted to ask me something but I didn't say anything to him, I was afraid of what he was thinking or going to say especially after what happen. I love him I finally realize this but I still can't be with him because I know if I go out with him I will end up ruining our friendship and hurting him.

'I'm hungry, you want to eat before going home?' He asks while driving, he doesn't look at me he keeps the eyes on the road.

'umm.. I'm not really hungry but if you are we can go somewhere' I manage to say, my voice seems to be stuck somewhere it was so hard to speak to him now. He takes the exit from the highway and pulls over to the closest restaurant, the restaurant seem old and when we got out of the car I couldn't see anything around, it was just an empty road with few cars passing by, it look like a rural area.

'What's the time?' I ask, I was so busy dealing with all this stuff I couldn't even keep track of the time.

'Almost 10' We go inside and find a seat, on the right side of our table there were couple of guys who seem almost drunk when I walk in I tried not to look at them.

'What you want to eat' Josh ask

'nothing, I'm not hungry' I said looking down at the table

'Please eat something I don't want you to get sick' He says giving me an innocent look, whenever he did this he seem so cute just like a child.

'Hey girl you want to come with us' I heard someone say, I look around and realize is one of the guys from the right side of the table but I don't say anything I don't want to start anything especially right now.

'Common babez we can have some fun' I look again and is the same guy speaking. He seem really drunk, the other two guys with him were just sitting there laughing. I don't know why but tears starts coming down my face, why do people think of me like this? I thought. I didn't realize Josh wasn't on the table anymore he was talking to the guy who was saying all this.

'Leave her alone' Josh says looking into the eyes of the guy, but the guy just push Josh away.

'Mind your own business loser' the guy says and Josh goes up to him and punch the guy really hard. Hard enough to make his nose bleed the other guys manage to pick the guy up and get him to leave the restaurant while yelling and cursing. I couldn't believe what I have just seen I couldn't move I was just standing there looking at Josh and thinking what have just happen.

'Sandy.... Sandy....' I heard Josh say as he shake my shoulder. I look at him still unable to move, I had never seen Josh like this. His eyes were so red and angry it look like he was going to kill that guy. I could feel tears coming out of my eyes I try to hold them but that doesn't help. Josh hugs me but I still don't move.

I could see she was scare, she was afraid to even look. But I couldn't take that guy saying things to her. I didn't wanted to fight him but he gave me no choice.

When I walk up to Sandy she was just standing there not moving at all I called her name couple of times but she didn't even look when I finally shake her shoulder she look at me but she still doesn't move it made me feel so weird I didn't know what to do, I could tell she was holding her tears back so I just hug her but she still didn't move.

'Sandy, are you okay?' I ask looking at her but she doesn't answer, she just looks at me with disbelieve. I guess she thought I would never hit someone like this. She have never seen me like this before and I could tell she was surprise.

'Let's..... just go from here' She finally manages to say. We get in the car and she looks at me so deeply.

'Why did you do that Josh? I have never seen you like this' She says.

'I don't know those guy were saying all that to you and I don't know I just couldn't take it....' I say looking at her but she doesn't says anything she just looks down and I start to drive.

'Sandy' I say looking at the road, she looks up this time.

'Don't get mad but I think we are lost' I say looking around, I had no idea where we were I remember taking the exit from the highway but now I couldn't see anyway to get back on the highway.

'What? What do you mean?' She says looking around, I couldn't see houses anywhere it was all trees and maybe few cars going by.

'I don't know where the highway is' She looks at me 'this can't get any worse!' she says still trying to figure out what is going on. I stop the car to figure out where we are.

'Cell phone isn't even working!' she says as she gets out of the car and slam the car door behind her.

'Chill, I'll figure out something' I say still looking around for some help.

'How did you find me?' She says I look at her thinking what she was talking about, 'How did you find me in the evening when I run from the hospital, no one knows about that place' she says with soft voice.

'I followed you, I was worry'

'Oh.... um... I'm sorry' She says

'for?' I ask confuse

'I don't know I'm so stupid because of me you had a fight with that guy and you didn't had to do that' She says without taking a breath.

'But... they were being so mean to you' I say looking at her.

'I know but you shouldn't fight because of me'

'I couldn't take those guys saying things to you' I say but she doesn't answer. We get back in the car since we couldn't figure out where we were, we decide to just drive.
