Spirituality - Psychics and Psychic Readings - The Link

Spirituality has been part of our lives dating back to earliest times of human history. Signs of human beings spiritual life can be traced back to between 100 000 to 500 000 years before our time, this is an era which anthropologists commonly refer as "lower Paleolithic". Where the Archaeologists have found confirmation that, our human ancestors have buried their dead. These finding makes us imagine that our forefathers believed in after life, burying their deceased loved in hope to be united once again. Even though centuries have come and gone and the world we all share experienced many extinctions many changes. These spiritual beliefs of human beings are still as important as those ancient times. There isn’t any other life form we know of believes in spiritual dimension. And throughout our spiritual history there have been those who explored the borders, boundaries of these spiritual dimensions, which co exists with our world. Even though it is not perceptible through our human eyes, nevertheless many people from all part of the globe believe in these spiritual realms.

Spirituality in essence concerns the spirit, it is belief that we are made of universal essence, universal spirit. Spiritual forms exist within our hearts, within our imaginations. Also just as it served our forefathers it still serves us today. Giving meaning to the complex existence of our cosmos, it gives us purpose, the assuredly of eternal bliss. Gives countless of people hope that the life is eternal and is not confined to our short lives only.

When we look our recorded past we come to see some people studying deeply on the possibilities and guidance of these spiritual realms. We come to find there were and still are those who expand their knowledge and wisdom on these spiritual paths. Although modern term psychic is misunderstood by many, it actually refers to the matters of the soul – spirit. The word psychic originates from Greek language, meaning "of the soul". Therefore the modern term psychic concerns the very heart of these spiritual matters. In eastern parts of our beautiful planet, there is no word such as psychic; instead those spiritually attuned people are called the see ers, seeing the very heart of the soul. Usually in western cultures, when people imagine a life of a psychic who performs psychic readings, then the imagination leans towards negative perception of such spiritually able people. This is larger because of social conditioning where as western spiritual beliefs of communities evolved to much larger and more complex societies, people were persecuted for having different views of existence. And exploring such spiritual dimensions was considered to be against Gods will. We need to thank advancement of knowledge for eliminating such backward thinking.
