Special Keyboard Characters

Do you get stuck, when you want to represent certain words in symbols? Are you learning a new language, but do not know how to type the special keyboard characters? Here I bring to you the list of those characters.
Special Keyboard Characters
GegenÜber, dècor, etc. are words you want to type? It's not difficult! The characters 'Ü', 'è' are called special characters. To be more specific, these are alphabets from German, French languages respectively.

A special character ranges from punctuation marks, characters from foreign languages, those with accents from various languages, musical notations, mathematical symbols to currency symbols.

There are certain punctuation marks, which can be typed from the keyboard and do not really require a keyboard shortcut for the same. The examples for the same being quotation mark – single and double, colon, semi-colon, comma etc. At the same time, there are also other symbols like &, %, #, @, $, etc., which can also be typed directly from the keyboard. We will now have a look at the special keyboard characters in a list form.

Note:- All the below mentioned keys should be used by pressing and holding the Alt key followed by the number specified for that character.
