Sorrow

My mind so full of suffering
My hazel tinted eyes full of
Unshed tears as the day goes by
I just feel the time slipping away
As you get ready to slip away
I feel my life slip right though
My fingers the suffering, the
Crying the bleeding it tears me
Limb by limb and when the
Sun sets I'll know my life is
Not complete not close, not shy,
Not almost there but far, far away
As I suffer I take my life with
The sorrow drowning me
My last thought my only thought
As the sorrow fills my lungs
Is "how could they take him so
Far away from me??"
