Song to My Soul Epilogue
Everyone wants to know: DID SHE SAY YES?!? Well, here is her answer!
Years later.....
Sarah
I sat in my lawn chair, in the backyard of our old Victorian home we inherited from Chance's parents. I smiled as he chased our boys, Luke Kennith and Chance Jr. around the yard. I grinned, the boys had been nothing but chaos since they were born two years ago. They were twins and were exactly like their father. The only way you could tell they were mine was their eyes. I started to sing and Chance joined in with me, as he sat down beside me and let the boys run around. He smiled and leaned over laying his hand on my stomach. Soon enough, there would be a little girl in the picture to calm the chaos. I smiled and looked at Chance, I kissed him gently and whispered, "I Love You!" And I always would as long as I lived. I knew, I wouldn't want to be anywhere but here.
Chance
I ran around the yard chasing the boys. I loved hearing their squeals of laughter. I let them continue running as I walk over and sit beside my wife, taking her hand and singing with her. She leaned up and I met her, kissing her gently. She told me she loved me, so I whisper back, "I Love You too, Always and Forever!" She smiles and I love seeing that sparkle in her eye. I laid my hand on her stomach, soon enough, she wouldn't be the only woman in my life, but I'll love her with everything in me, like I do the boys and her mother. I smile and look at the sun. I couldn't imagine being anywhere but here.
Both
As we hold hands, enjoy each others company, watch the boys, we realize we're living our dream. We're both song writers, as we work together. We're also very excited over they baby girl.
