"Somewhere Along The Way"

Somewhere along the way, you touched me. You touched my lips with your own. Yet, somewhere along the way you forgot them. You forgot how soft and responsive they were to yours.

Somewhere along the way, your fingers touched my skin. Yet, somewhere along the way you forgot it. You forgot how smooth and silky like satin it felt.

Somewhere along the way you lay with me. Yet, somewhere along the way you forgot us. You forgot the Love we shared as we lay in each others arms.

You forgot to remember all the memories of the past. Our passion, our kisses, our caresses, and everything that was the consuming fire that held us together.

I seem to have fallen from my flight. I once knew how to stay in the deep blue mist, in the passion, and within the reach of your arms.
But like you, I too have forgotten. I somehow lost my way. My wings have lost the ability to remember how to fly. I no longer have you to help me remember, and so I remain on the ground, forever waiting for you to remember.

I wait for you to thrust me up. I wait for my wings of memory to take me to your mind, to your Heart, where you will once again know me! Where you will once again.....remember,.......and somehow find your way back to me again.
