Something From Deep Within
I was writing poetry and I thought that this one stood out a little more than my others…
Something from deep within
Really wants me to give in
"Go ahead and do it"
Just go ahead and throw your fit
"Pull out your weapon, any one of your choice"
I cannot live to hear the voice
Of course my weapon, I choose the razor
Cutting as deep, as fast as a laser
Setting myself far apart from others
Only me and my friends get labeled "cutters"
Crying and writing poetry is life
Looking up at all the family strife
They all wonder what is wrong with me
But they will never find the key
To open up my soul of fear
Haha, they don't have the key to turn the gear
