Panic attack is a psychological disorder which can occur anytime anywhere. They are not related to any malfunctioning of body part but is related directly to brain. The victims of panic attack tend to lose control in situations and perceive these attacks to be permanent in nature though these attacks are brief in nature.

Panic attacks leave a person exhausted completely after wards and the victims of these attacks start living in fear of these attacks. The fear of next attack always keeps the sufferer n a sad and fearful mood.

Many people who have this attack the first time perceive this attack as a heart attack and rush to the emergency room of the hospital. Only after wards the come to know that had a panic attack.

Panic attack occur randomly and are unwanted so they can occur at any place like when you are driving, when you are with family or friends or at work.

-Very fast pulse rate
-A choking feeling
-Rise in temperature
-Nausea
-Difficulty in breathing
-Loosing control
-Shivering or shaking
-Dizziness
-Extreme sweating

Along with these signs the victims of these attacks try to avoid moving out of their house and due to this they tend to lose their important relations and friends. The sufferers in this process are socially cut from the society
