Did You Know?
In certain cases, Microsoft will ship a replacement for your faulty Xbox One even before you send across the faulty unit, and at times, even offers a free game to the customer.
There are gaming consoles, and then there is the Microsoft Xbox One. Whatever side your loyalties may sway towards, you would admit that the Xbox One is one heck of a device. It is a fantastic gaming console, very much at par with the Sony PlayStation 4, if not better than it. The real edge it has on the competition is the fact that it is a lot more than just a gaming console, it is more of a media hub that sits pretty at the heart of your living room, and could very well replace your old set-top box. The Kinect, the console's motion-sensing device too has had a major overhaul, and now offers intuitive gesture controls for the console. Microsoft surely have gone out of the way to bring you a truly future-proof device, which should keep you company for at least the next 5 to 10 years.

So, is this the ultimate gaming console? Yes and No. We agree, this is one of the finest gaming consoles out there, but it is not without its own set of problems. Thankfully though, most of the issues are mere teething problems which have some rather simple fixes. Here's a look at the solutions to the common issues with the Xbox One.
