Soaking Feet in Vinegar
Soaking feet in vinegar is one of the best remedies for many problems like toenail fungus, dry feet, etc. Here are some vinegar foot soaks that will help you have soft and supple feet.
Vinegar Foot Soak for Relaxing Feet
In order to make a relaxing foot soak, you need 1 cup sea salt, 1 cup Epsom salt, 1 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup dried lavender. Now, heat some water to make it as warm as you can stand to have on your feet. Now put all the above ingredients in a tub containing warm water and mix them together just for a few seconds. Just sit in a relaxing chair and put your feet in the tub. Believe me, your feet will feel great after soaking in it. This is a great foot soak for people who are on their feet all day long.
Vinegar Foot Soak for Soft Feet
Mix 1 cup white distilled vinegar and 2 gallons warm water together. Soak your feet for 45 minutes in this mixture. Now use a pumice stone to remove the dead skin from heels and callused areas of your feet. You should have soft and supple feet now.
Make a mixture of 1/2 cup of vinegar and lukewarm water. Soaking feet in vinegar and water for 20 minutes twice a day will help you get rid of smelly feet and you will have very soft feet. Soaking feet in vinegar also kills nail fungus because of the acidity of the vinegar.
Vinegar Foot Soak for Athlete's Foot
Most of you must be aware that vinegar can cure athlete's foot. Here is a vinegar foot soak recipe for the same. Prepare a foot soak by mixing 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 teaspoon of salt and enough warm water to cover your feet. Soaking feet in vinegar, salt and water will help cure athlete's foot problem.

Soak your feet in this mixture for 10 minutes daily for ten days or until the symptoms disappear. This will help relieve itching and peeling caused due to athlete's foot.
