So There's This Girl Who Likes This Guy

So There is this girl,
And she likes this guy,
She knows how oh so stupid it is,
Shes been liking him for quite a while now,
The guy is blind though,
He can't see that she likes him,
And she knows her chances are slim,
She sees that he flirts,
And she flirts back,
But still,
Nothing.

He doesn't know that what this girl has is more than a crush,
He makes her do more than blush,
He doesn't know that she sits in her room thinking about him,
Or talks about him to her friends,
He doesn't know that she thrives on his hugs,
And he has no idea that she looks for any sign that he likes her back,
She remembers everything they ever went through together,
She lives on the memories,

The good and the bad
Sometimes they make her sad,
But she's grateful it happened
It's safe to say that he was one of the best things that ever happened to her
Remembering what they were,
And thinking about what they are now,
Makes her a little happier,
Because she knows they had to end sometime
But now they are still friends,
And she always thinks about how

They could have ended up not talking to each other,
Or even hating one another
But they ended up good friends
And that makes her know,
That what they went through made strong,
It Made them good friends,
And hopefully at the very least,
They could be good friends,
To the very end.
