Slimming

Up down up down
We work and work and work
Just to get a slim figure
We run miles

We go on rowing machines
We go on cycling machines
We sweat sweat sweat
Then have to wash wash

To get the smell away
We then decide to go on diets
So we try so hard
To stick to this hard diet

Then we see a big chocolate cake
And our diets ruined
All people want is to get slim slim slim
It's life obsession

So I hope you take away a message
A simple and straight forward one
Don't over exercise and don't take up to difficult diets!!!
