Poem dedicated to my sister who passed away 3 years ago…
Since you’re so faraway
And can’t be with us on this day
I speak out loud to let you know
I didn’t want to let you go
Sunday is the day you were taken from me
God placed you where you should be
Up in heaven in the deep blue sky
I never got to say goodbye
I want to be with you I can’t explain
My heart is empty and full of pain
There were so many things I wanted to say
My days are dark and my nights are gray
Sis, for everything you did for me
You'll never just be a memory
You were my sis, you were my friend
I'll always love you till the end
