- Decongestant: This is one of the best sinus pain remedies as decongestants work great in case of sinusitis. You will find many decongestants in the market, some of them are in forms of tablets while others come in form of nasal sprays. You can take any one of them with your doctor's suggestion. There are also decongestant cough syrups which can also help.
