Simple Printable Graduation Invitations

There are many ways of sourcing the invitations for your graduation party. That includes using free printable graduation invitations. Depending on the budget you have, and the style of invitations you wish to send out, you may want to use a professional printer or you may like to create your own. If you decide to print your graduation invitations it may appear free however printer ink can be costly. Particularly if you have full color backgrounds it will use a lot of ink. Paper on the other hand is relatively inexpensive.

The company may have a designer who can work with you to create a great design. This approach will cost a reasonable amount of money. However the cost may fit with your overall budget. The professional of the finalized graduation invitations can be outstanding. I certainly would require the product to be excellent.

If you can find one which you decide is just perfect for your aims then you will have your invitation ready to print in minutes. Typically you will download the invitation to your pc. You can then personalise the invitations with the names of guests and the party details. Just choose the type and color of paper and print off the invitations you need.

The preferable option for me is to design and produce my own invitations. This has been the case for our kindergarten, middle school and high school family graduations. The parties have been at our home and I think we captured the homely feel we wanted in the invitations. The first time I made my own printable graduation invitations I was very concerned about how I would produce the invitations I had designed. That turned out to be quite simple. Once I realized I was able to relax into creating the design of the invitations. Since I wanted large type I placed the images in the top left corner and then added the wording. For the high school Katie was all grown up so I used a cap with tinsel in the top left corner complimented by a scroll in the top right corner. The wording on the high school invitations was centered. These were very simple designs. One design I do like is using a scroll in a washed out background with the writing on top. Of course for your own designs there are just so many options. You can use all kinds of images in all sorts of positions on the page.

The method is simple. Just find clipart from a free site which you can use legally. Size, position and color the clipart to your design. Add your wording and personalize for each guest. Then print it off on your choice of paper.
