  • Ground beef - 1½ lbs
  • 1 small can Tomato puree - 3 to 4 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Szechuan peppers - ¼ teaspoon
  • Sea salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - ¼ teaspoon
  • Freshly chopped shallots - ½ cup
  • Egg -1
  • Dry quick oats - ½ cup
  • Chopped onion - 1
Preparation
  • Before actually starting the recipe, you should make sure that you preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In order to enhance flavors, it is always better to roast the pepper and salt in a shallow pan and then ground it.
  • Mix the ground beef with all the spices and herbs.
  • Add the oats to the mixture and mix well until you get a semi-solid, easy to manage consistency.
  • Put the mixture in an un-greased loaf pan.
  • Put the loaf pan in the preheated oven and cook for about an hour.
  • Remove the meatloaf from oven and check if the meatloaf looks like it's done.

Ingredients
  • Ground beef - 1½ lbs
  • Egg -1
  • Chopped Onion - 1
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato ketchup - ½ cup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Preparation
  • Again, for this recipe too, you need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix the ground beef, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs. Mix the ingredients well.
  • dd salt and pepper according to taste and again mix it well.
  • Put the mixture in a lightly greased loaf pan.
  • Take a mixing bowl and mix the mustard with brown sugar and ketchup.
  • Mix the mustard and ketchup well and pour over the meatloaf before baking.
  • Bake the meatloaf at 350°F for about an hour.
  • Remember that it tastes best when served hot.
