Silverhorn Golf Club
The Silverhorn Golf Club, Oklahoma City features the SilverHorn 18-hole, 6,768-yard, par 71 championship golf course. The course features 170 acres of amazingly beautiful landscape consisting of elms, oaks, hackberries and lush turf. SilverHorn features four creeks that could prove a good challenge for the professional golfer. With a course rating of 73.4 and slope rating of 128, the SilverHorn golf course was designed by Randy Heckenkemper and opened in 1991.
The Silverhorn Golf Club offers great facilities including a driving range and a practice green, club rentals, a pro shop featuring equipment and accessories and a great selection of clothing, and a snack bar where you could have your breakfast and lunch. The facility is managed by the American Golf Corporation and Greg Tidwell serves as General Manager.
Though the Silverhorn Golf Club is located only a few minutes away from downtown OKC on 11411 N. Kelley Ave, golfers are greeted by really splendid Oklahoma scenery. The rates are $26 for walking and $35 with cart on weekdays and $31 walking and $40 with cart on weekends. Seniors and juniors have to pay $17 for walking and $22 with car from Monday through Thursday.
