Pain

Breathlessness
One of the early heart attack symptoms, breathlessness is caused due to the lack of oxygen. The person might experience a severe pain in the chest while breathing. The heart rate also increases tremendously. The person facing a heart attack, also faces shortness of breath. It is necessary to call for help in such cases.

Nausea and Vomiting
Nausea and vomiting are caused due to stimulation in the body's nervous system. These conditions precede a heart attack and are the heart attack warning signs in men. If a person faces nausea and vomiting along with chest pain for more than 24 hours, immediate medical assistance is needed.

Sweating
Another sign of heart attack in men, sweating is caused during a heart attack due to an increase in your body's temperature. The body's temperature increases as your body faces discomfort due to the heart attack. Sweating is also one of the signs and symptoms of a mild heart attack. If a person starts sweating profusely, timely diagnosis of the sweating is a must to avoid complications later.

Paleness
The person who is facing a heart attack, begins to look pale. He also endures dizziness and lightheadedness. These symptoms are not to be taken lightly as they can lead to a heart attack. Rush the person to the emergency room in order to find out the root cause at the right time.

Apart from the above symptoms, the other common signs include weakness, indigestion, anxiety and restlessness. The person may not be able to sleep well too. Silent heart attack is another type of heart attack where there are no symptoms of heart attack and most of the time, this heart attack proves fatal. These men need to reduce the consumption of alcohol and tobacco.

A person showing the above symptoms need not necessarily be suffering a heart attack, but it is better to get the right diagnoses done at the right time. Many heart attack treatments work better when administered within the first hour of the heart attack. Delay in providing these treatments leads to damage to the heart and in some cases, can also lead to the death of the person. In order to save the person's life, recognizing the signs of heart attack in men and providing immediate treatments if necessary.
