This was yet another Saturday night when Katie looked out forlornly from the window. Ron was yet to turn up and the party had already begun. A few moments later, Katie received a call from Ron saying he was busy due to work related issues. This time around, Katie decided to go to the party on her own. To her surprise, she saw Ron grinning away with a beautiful blonde at the party. Shattered, Katie rushed home and threw herself in bed, tears streaming down her face. Probably, this was the result of his changed behavior over the last few weeks. What Katie did not know however, was the simple fact that she was better off without a boyfriend like this.

Receives too many personal calls:
Observe his phone habits. Does he suddenly prefer to answer the phone in the corner? Does he cut the calls when he is with you or does he keep saying they are important work related calls? If you see him furiously messaging or talking to someone in a secretive manner, perhaps it is a matter of great concern. If he jumps out of his skin when you call his name or looks nervous, whispers or appears excitable when he is on the phone, it might indicate your boyfriend is probably talking to his new special someone.

Sudden changes in behavior:
Work issues may cause a person to feel stressed, nevertheless, if he is suddenly coming home too late or displays extreme changes in his behavior, you do need to take a deeper look into the matter. He could be changing his lifestyle to please the newfound love interest. An extreme change in his attire can also indicate the same.

Blames you for no reason:
Constant irritability with you for no rhyme or reason can be his way of covering up for things he is guilty about. He would keep finding faults with you and may express anger when you call him up on the phone and ask him what time he is returning home.
