While the stress fractures are believed to occur, due to the excessive stress and strain experienced by the muscles and the bones in the lower part of the leg, the march fractures are the results of a rise in the physical activity in a very sudden and improper way. The place of the march fractures is actually in the metatarsal bones of the feet.

Foot pain is caused by wearing improper kind of footwear. The pain is caused due to the irritation and discomfort which is experienced by the tendon which has its place at the bottom of the cuboid bone. To avoid any sort of foot pain, it is very essential that you do not overuse the high heels, though they are fashionable and trendy. You should always wear that kind of footwear which provides the necessary support to your feet.

  • Neuroma, which is a condition in which there is a tumor on the nerve causes foot pain.
  • Ganglions, which are a result of the leaking of the capsule joint also cause foot pain.
  • Bunions, which are actually bumps located behind the toe cause foot pain.
  • Fissures, which are governed by cuts in the region of the heels too lead to foot pain.
To prevent foot pain, you need to use the right kind of footwear by consulting your doctor. Your doctor may suggest physical therapy or even surgery in some cases for treating this kind of pain.
