In tendinitis, there is inflammation of the biceps or rotator cuff, due to pinching by surrounding muscles. The other causes of this condition includes arthritis and fracture of shoulder bones. In arthritis torn cartilage in shoulders is the main cause of pain. On the other hand a fracture means a crack in the bone, which is due to a sudden impact on the bone.
