Should Google Pay Webmasters?

Google has become the wealthy search engine giant, thanks to everyone who has a website that has filled content pages of search results.
Google that... Google this... Did you try to google it? This phrase has become all so popular in today's culture society all around the globe. Yahoo used to be the number one search engine to use to find what you were searching on the internet in the old days. Then Google came along and it was like two contenders in a boxing ring. After several rounds Google seems to take TKO on Yahoo and has become the largest, most used, most wealthy and profitable search engine of the time. Admit it, You have used Google search at least once.

so how did Google become to be the search engine giant? They developed robots to scan the whole internet to index and save millions of websites. Making them the largest comprehensive database of websites. You can find anything with Google search.

So over the years Google has grown and grown. In the begining it was simple website displaying websites that contained the information you search for, Now the search pages are filled with paid advertising from top to bottom and most likely within the first 10 search results you will encounter a website you will click on to get to the information you were searching, but then in reality its jusy another webpage with more advertising like google ads or goodle adsence. Such a brilliant plan from the top minds at the Google giant, create a search engine people will use, click on links that earn them big revenues, webmaster pay to be within the google ads system, Google's big profit maker.

Has anyone ever thought that all the websites and webmasters out there that got index by Google played a part in their success and wealth. Of course these sites and webmasters provided them with free content to build their Google giant. If you were a webmaster with a site in Google since the begining and you see Google stock soar over $500 a share, Would you feel maybe left out on the money train as well. Maybe you would think "Hey maybe Google should pay me some money for my site being listed in their search engine, cause its that content that has allowed them to grow so big and become such a great success.

Maybe a time will come when Google will send out checks to every site owner they have in the search results database, Paying site owners to allow Google to continue to list their site. Can you imagine if the world of websites in Google all campaign and protested Google in the sense and demanded removal of their website listing unless Google pay up a fee to site owners, Would Google be no more? If every website within the Google Search results was removed because site owners demanded a fee, Seems Google could not exist, users would no longer use it to find what they need cause it would not be there.
