Shea butter is a natural fat which is extracted from the nuts found on the African Shea-Karite tree. - 3 teaspoons shea butter
- 1 vitamin E capsule
- 1 teaspoon beeswax
- 4 teaspoons sweet almond oil
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon honey
In a double boiler, take shea butter, beeswax and almond oil together. Heat these ingredients till they are completely melted. Once this is done, break a vitamin E capsule and pour it into the double boiler. After this, add ½ teaspoon of honey and keep on stirring till all the ingredients are completely blended. Transfer the balm into a container and allow it cool at room temperature for sometime and then, keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours before using.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ teaspoon shea butter
- ½ teaspoon aloe butter
- ½ teaspoon beeswax
- ½ teaspoon jojoba oil
- 4 teaspoons almond oil
- 3 - 4 drops of vitamin E oil
- Essential oils (of your choice)
In a double boiler, take aloe butter, shea butter and beeswax. Add jojoba oil, almond oil and vitamin E oil to it. Start melting these ingredients on a low to medium heat, while stirring frequently. When all these ingredients are fully melted as well as combined, switch off the stove. Add a few drops of essential oils of your choice. Some of the essential oils that you can use include 10 drops or rosemary, 15 drops of lavender, 20 drops of lemon, etc. After this is done, pour the balm into a container and allow it to cool completely before use.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon shea butter
- 1 teaspoon beeswax
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin oil
Take beeswax, olive oil and shea butter in a double boiler and heat till all these ingredients are completely melted. Do not forget to stir continuously with a clean spoon. When the ingredients are fully melted, take the double boiler off the stove and transfer the mixture into the containers. Allow it to cool for 20 - 30 minutes, before applying.
