She Will Be Loved - Chapter 39 - Part 3

Well, you guessed it. Now, here it is. Read, Enjoy and Comment. :D
Book of the Weekend: "Someone Like Summer" by M.E. Kerr I am a book nerd. Takes me a day to two days to read a book from the library. :-P

Katniss- You're welcome! : O I do too. Best chapter in my eyes so far.

Zy- Yeah, well, I did work very hard on making this chapter romantic. I wanted it to be good enough for you guys since I have been so busy with exams. I had two in one day! I was like wtf!! I thought we had three days!! I know I got the first part all right but the last two parts phew! I barely had time to make the essays any good! I was so happy to write that chapter because it made me relax and unwind a bit. I was trying to make her pregnant before I wrote this chapter because there was so supposed to be two twists at the end of this chapter. Plus, part 4 starts off in the future...so I had to make it make sense. It was hard but I am glad everyone loved this chapter.

Well, I guess you can say he is. But he is more crazy than bad. You'll see what I mean when you read Part 4. Yeah, I think when you get married you will be one crazy bride...no offense :D but it will be a sight to see. Yeah...when I write lovey dovey scenes it's kinda hard but then I think about my readers and how much they'll love it. Haha....well...I don't think you're weird. But I tend to get weird when I start dancing to my music. Like my friend did when we were going to school. He was dancing and everyone was staring at us and I almost bust my body open with my laughter. Haha, yeah too many awws. And I put that last bit as a little funny because I have always wanted to see a grove in a Florida but the only time I went was to see my aunt get married. They have some scary snakes there! Hmm, my mom says when she was pregnant with me that she had the sickest craving for fruits and peanuts. But I don't like peanuts and I am very open to fruits. Interesting.

And your dad...wow...he sounds funny! Yeah I have eaten lemon cake from stores and stuff but it tastes nasty...but I think I'll try homemade ones before I hate them. (: Hmm, I am not sure where you wrote this but I think you said something about getting gum from China. Watermelon flavored. I have not tried that one yet. And if I already replied to that with something else then yeah, today is just a busy day. (Sunday means today) I did loads of cleaning today! ohh, I have tried them before. Back when I was like four or five, Terry brought some school to show off. Tasted good. Though, I haven't any since then. ahaha, I'll ask Terry for me. Isn't it nice having friends from all over the world? I think someone on booksie wrote about that. It was pretty neat. (:

Chally- Yeah, I guess it is a cliffhanger. But a good one don't you think? Haha, I got that line from throwing out the trash. I was up to that part needed a good finish off. Yeah, I tried to add humor towards ending. I like to make people smile or laugh.

Diana- I am glad you think it was romantic. Beau would...all explained in this chapter. :D

Ciriat- HELLO! Well, it's Sunday again. Hot as ever. Haha...I am thinking the same thing. Where to start? Yeah...there is supposed to be two twists. So, this is the last chapter of this part. Wow, we're getting so close to end of this story. Boo hoo....yo, remind me that I have to update my other story. That one is nothing but 10 to 15 chapters at the latest. Haha, true. Nobody wants their parents to be on stage with them. But the glasses was to foreshadow something. I mean, it's Leslie and graham we're talking about here. They are outdoor people along with me. (: Yes, that was last minute because I needed you guys to figure out yeah she'll is going to be pregnant. I mean the whole reason he said that was because Spinner and Graham knew.

They were just hoping she would spill the news right then and there. Plus I love strong moments. And the names that I am giving you are all Hebrew. It's tough thinking of names for my story characters. Because their names are there for them forever. Plus, I am looking for a short version of Graham. Haha. A cute pet name for him that Les can give him. I do that too. If I find a song or a band, I end up getting obsessed for days until I find more. Actually the newest songs for me are "Airplanes" by B.O.B featuring Hayley Williams from Paramore. Brittany got me hooked on it because we both love Paramore even though people say their music is set so that people can like it.

But the truth is, just enjoy music because you like it. Forget about all that nonsense, it's just made to please because isn't that what music is for? To enjoy? I began liking Muse after hearing their new album. I knew of them by name but when it came to their music, I never thought of them like that. But now, I like it. They're growing on me. Yeah...my teachers say it's because I have two first names that it's just better to call you Triple. It started from my sister. Then my mother found herself saying it. Haha, that's weird name for me. Haha. I am like Spinner when it comes to the name. Haha. Spinner and Triple.

I can imagine that. Johnsons, eh? Haha, I don't get that stuff. I've seen the commercials but I think the best method is to just treat her right. You know i haven't seen her or Ant all week. :-( I was busy this weekend too. I should have taken my girls with me. I am a horrible person. Hahaha....yeahh.And oh she is my neighbor that likes to cook and make clothes. Very traditional, don't you think? :D Haha true, She'll be like "Adrian, take that ugly picture down!" Maybe I should put one of my dog. (: Oh.....this part you will love so much. And....bye Behira. O: P.S., I doubt I'll ever find your real name and nice joke you pulled on me. I give you credit for that! ^___^

Jasmin- Oh boy...you just guessed the future! You're amazing! Well, it's not a boy and a girl at the same time. But she'll have a boy and a girl in the future. That makes three healthy kids. I'll try too. I promise. :-P

Chapter 39 - 3 Months Later....(:

"And don't forget to take your lunch!" Mommy yelled out from the downstairs.

I pulled on my sweatshirt and then my sneakers. Daddy and Uncle Spinner walked past my room talking about that stupid baby. The baby this and that. I want to throw those words out a window. I didn't even enjoy the concert because of those words. Now, they'll never have time for me. Some stupid cranky baby to steal my spotlight. He was right. They were probably going to get rid of me soon anyway. Daddy is going to watch this baby grow up. Probably even treat him like a sweetheart. Ugh, I hate babies. Especially since mommy is at the three mark. Whatever the heck that means. I stuffed Herb in my bag, making sure his nose was out so he could breathe I pull on my backpack and scoot past Spinner and Heather.

"Aww, he is so lucky he gets to be big brother!" Heather cooed. I stomped down the stairs.

"The bus is here," Mommy handed me my lunch.

"Thanks." I grumbled, walking down the steps. The bus chilled in front of my house. My teacher waved at me.

"Hey, Trav, aren't you going to say goodbye to your-"

"I don't want to!" I ran to the bus as fast I could.

My usual seat with Dylan was occupied with Manny sitting in it. I stared at him.

"We'll seat together at lunch! Manny is trading cards with-"

I stomped to the front of the bus and sat next to Wendy. She chatted about her new shoes. I stared at my hands. Darcy tapped me and I looked up at her.

"Congratulations!" She smiled. Gracie popped up too.

"Yeah, I heard too! I am going to be an aunt again!" Gracie gigged.

"But aren't you my aunt?" I looked up at her.

"Yeah but a new baby always counts you know! I will be so busy helping Leslie taking care of her."

"Yeah, your daddy has always wanted a girl!"

"Yeah I heard he is going to spoil her with-"

"I don't want to talk about it anymore!" I sighed.

"Fine." They slide back into their seats.

Mrs. Allen gave out the tennis rack and we headed to the park. Dylan started playing with Manny. He didn't even bother to ask me. Nor did he sit with me at lunch. I went to ask Gracie but she was playing with the teachers. Lucky me. I got stuck with an aunt who can play any sport like a pro. Everyone had partnered up expect me. I tossed my racket in the box and kicked it. I grabbed my bookbag and took Herb in to my hands. I ran off to the benches and rolled the tennis ball between my feet. That's when it rolled away. I ran to get it. It kept running away. I chased after it until I bumped into something and fell backwards. He leaned down and tossed the ball in the air. I reached for Herb quickly. The only friend that saw.

"How come you aren't playing with the others?" He smiled, lending a hand out.

"No one to play with." I ignored his hand and got up. I dusted myself off. "If you are looking for Dylan he is playing with Manny."

He chuckled and ruffled my hair.

"I don't want to talk to Dylan. I want to talk to you." He smiled.

"Beau, the only thing you and I could ever talk about is you leaving me alone." I backed away from him. He grabbed my arm.

"Hear me out and maybe I won't punish for your sudden rudeness." He grinned. "Plus, you know the rules. Never say my name. Not even in your thoughts. Unless I say you can. I just want to talk to you."

"What do you want to talk about?" I pulled my arm away from him.

"I heard you are going to be a big brother, is that so?" He sat down on the bench and handed me my ball back. I put Herb on the bench next to me.

"I don't want to be but in six months, I will be." I whined. "It's going to be a boy and they are already planning colors, toys and stuff that I am sure da-I mean Graham..."

I watched as Beau's jaw clenched and then he relaxed.

"Why are you so mad? I mean, you do know how babies are made right?" He smirked and sat back.

"Yuck, please! I don't want to picture that!" I shook my head. "I am only four, Beau!"

"Don't you listen! I said not to call me that!" He gripped my arm. I whimpered at the sudden burst of pain. He let me go quickly. "I am sorry. I never intended to hurt you. You just make me angry."

"It's okay," I rubbed my arm.

"So, how is your mother?" He smiled at me.

"What do you mean?" I looked at him.

"What does your mother feel about this new baby?" He crossed his legs and tapped his knees.

"She..." I tried to think about it. "I don't know. I kinda like it when my parents are angry at each other."

"Why?" He licked his dry lips.

"Because it's interesting. They only stay mad at each other for like five seconds. What kind of relationship is that? Were you like that with your girlfriends?"

"My girlfriends were hardheaded and stubborn. Kinda like your mama. So I had to teach them a lesson. Do you get what I mean?" He stared at me.

"But mommy isn't hardheaded or stubborn." I corrected. "What did you do?"

"But she is. Sometimes. But I would never lay a single hand on her. Neither as you. Though, you angry me easily." He sighed. "You make careless mistakes. I hate careless mistakes. Girls are the type of people to make careless mistakes. The verge of getting a lesson. A punishment. You catch my drift?"

"You mean like, you give them spankings when they are bad? Or do you give them timeouts? I get timeouts when I am being bad." My stomach growled.

"No," He laughed really hard. "Ever put the back of your hand to good use? Nothing drives my gears when I make them beg for forgiveness!"

"You're crazy!" I looked at the back of my hands. They have slight freckles on them. "I have to get back! Mommy is waiting for me."

"No," He pulled me into his arms. "Stay with me. I'll buy you something to eat."

"But mommy-"

"Don't you want to teach her a lesson? For making you feel less important than stupid baby bred that boy they call a man?" He smirked.

"Your breath stinks. It's called some toothpaste and a toothbrush!" I smiled, expecting a hard slap. I closed my eyes but nothing came.

"Come on, you are not getting out of this one that easy. Please? I don't want you to go home just yet. We have more stuff to talk about. I have a nice surprise for you." He stood up, bringing me with him.

"You could you at least put me down? I am not a baby anymore!" I chuckled. He put me down and I grasped one of his hands. Times like these are where I can trust him to not hurt me.

"What do you want to eat?" He pulled me over to his car. I held onto Herb tightly. "Anything you want."

"Anything I want you say?" I looked up the sky and thought about it.

"Yep," He held the door open for me.

"Fine, a hot dog with hundred packets of ketchup, candy, a milkshake, cotton candy, an ice cream cone, and-"

"How about I take you some place where food is real tasty." He smirked. Beau always has a smirk on his face. He always finds something to smile about.

He took me to this neat diner a few miles from my school. The people looked so lively. We sat in a booth while this lady walked over to us.

"Oh, hey Beau!" She kissed him on the cheek. "What are you doing here?"

"Just chilling with my friend." He pointed at me. She smiled at me and turned her back to me.

"Oh hey. Should I get you guys the usual?" She asked, staring at Beau all dreamy like.

"Yeah but add the chef's best dessert to that." Beau dazzled her with that smile of his and she wobbled back to the order station.

"Your girlfriend?" I asked, sitting up in my seat.

"Hell no." He rubbed my head. "How about after this, I teach you some tennis?"

"For real?" I danced in my seat.

"Do you mind if we invite Jessie along too?" He folded his hands behind his head.

"But I thought you said she wasn't your girlfriend." I stared at him, frozen in my dance position.

"Yeah but she is like my friend. You know something to have. Nothing for keeps. Plus, I kinda have to take her home." He closed his eyes. "All the fun we'll have."

"Right," I gave him the thumbs up and sat down. I watched as Jessie placed the food in front of us.

"Yum!" I dugged into everything. Beau watched me as I stuffed my face.

It turns out that Jessie is actually quite nice and stupid. She knows how to play tennis but she says the first president was Andrew Jackson. She needs to hit the books. We played in the park until it got dark. Then we dropped Jessie home. Then I had to go home. I clutched Herb to my chest and turned to Beau.

"My mommy is probably really worried." I sighed.

"Don't worry," Beau pat my head. "We showed her a lesson today. Hey, if she ever messes with you again, we'll teach her another lesson. A big one so that she knows not to mess with us. Right?"

"Right," I got out of the car. "Aren't you going to come in?"

"Nah," He shook his head. "If I see your mother, I think I might die on the spot. She is pretty you know."

"Yeah she is, I guess? Well, bye!" I ran off to the house and he pulled off.

When I opened the door, everyone attacked me in big hugs. Herb fell to the ground. I reached for him quickly.

"Where the hell have you been?" Mommy sobbed in my neck. "We were so worry about you!"

"I was just with-"

"You could have killed your mother making her worry so much!" Grandma growled at me.

"You didn't even think of the baby!" Daddy looked down at me. The anger boiled in me. Beau was right. "Where did you go? Leaving the group like that! Who knows what could have happened to you! We called the police but they said we had to wait until tomorrow morning! What if you were dead in some park before tomorrow morning!"

"Shut up!" I pushed mommy away from me. "It's not like you would have cared anyway!"

Beau's words flew through me. "Have you ever put the back of your hand to good use?"

"Hey, maybe I don't! The way you act is as if the whole world hates world! Your mother and the baby could have gotten sick because of having to run up half the damn world after you!" Daddy yelled at me.

"Well, I wished it had died along with mommy and you! Oh you don't know how happy I would have been! Then I could live with Beau! I wish he was my daddy and not you!" I ran upstairs almost tumbling back down. Herb felt my pain. I just knew he did.

I ran down the hall and into my room. I slammed the door and flung myself on my bed. I wailed into my pillow. Angry tears. Rage burned in me. I felt someone run a hand through my hair.

"Is there something wrong with me being pregnant?" Mommy asked, wiping my tears away.

"No!" I shoved her hands away. "Don't touch me! I am not a baby!"

"Now you listen to me, I gave birth to you! I have every right to touch you if I want to. I know everything about you. Just because there is..."

I felt her take in a deep breath. Is this what he meant when you let woman suffer? Their punishment? Making them cry. I don't want to make mommy cry. That's not nice. And I would never put the back of my hand to use.

"Mommy," I climbed into her arms. "I want to be your baby again. I want to be held in your arms. I want you to protect me from all the evil monsters like you use to. I just wanted to hang out with someone that understood my pain."

"But Travis what you said, it hurt." She rubbed my head. She pulled me back so she could look at me.

"I know you don't like him but he isn't bad. Once you get to know him." I cleared my throat.

"I don't want you around him ever again."

"He made me go. He bribed me with anything I want!" I looked at her innocently.

She laughed and kissed me. "Well, next time, just say no. Because you have everything you want right here!"

"I'll try," I sighed.

"Come on, let's eat dinner." She tugged warmly on my hand. I didn't budge.

"I don't want to eat dinner with daddy." I went back under the covers.

"I promise he won't kill you into a million pieces." She laughed. "Please, for mommy?"

"After that baby is born-"

"You know, I think you are just mad that Graham is here to see this one and he wasn't there for you. And you know why he wasn't there. Well not the full reason, neither do I, but you know why. You can't hold that against him." She smiled and picked me up. "He was worried too. He just wants to look tough for you. I was tough until I saw you were safe. Those were happy tears."

"Aww," I wrapped my arms around her neck.

After eating dinner and getting loads of hugs and apologies, I was given a cherry flavor Popsicle. I laid on the couch while I enjoyed my treat. I thought about all the exciting things that happened to me.

"Is it true that Valerie tried smell me and see what it smelled like on the inside of you?" I asked, looking up from couch. "And where is she anyway? I haven't seen since after daddy came home."

"Yep," My mommy chuckled. "And she went to see her family something. And actually she was gone the night you guys got sick. Got some strange phone call and then next thing I knew she was gone."

"Oh, I really do miss her." I bit on my bottom lip.

"And was it true that Seth actually called me non-attractive?" Daddy laughed.

"Aww, don't believe him though. It was just a joke." Mommy laughed too.

"Did Spinner really name me?" I asked next, crossing my legs.

"Yep and no one else was coming up with ideas so there were no objections. I had no names up my sleeve either." Mommy shrugged.

"It's tricky though cause what are we supposed to name the next baby?" Daddy asked, scooping me up in his arms. I was just finishing my Popsicle when he took off the last bite. I wanted to hit him for that.

"We could name him Thomas." I suggested, looking at my empty stick.

"Why Thomas?" My mother asked, walking over to us.

"You don't who Thomas is?!" My daddy and I were shocked to hear that from mommy.

"Do you mean Thomas from all those train movies and shows? With the train named Percy?" Mommy shook her head. "Nuh uh. We aren't naming our second child after some children's train show."

"Oh come, Leslie, I don't see you coming up with any ideas." Daddy nudged me to agree with him.

"Yeah, what daddy said!" I crossed my arms. "Meanie Mommy."

Mommy reached out and tickled me. I almost fell out of daddy's arms laughing.

"I guess we could name him Thomas." She giggled. "But not because of a children's television train show but because we can make a tradition out of this T name thing. And now time for bed, mister."

"Bed?" I stared at my red stained fingertips. "Can't we wait until the taste of Popsicle dries out?"

"Right, after you brush your teeth!" Mommy laughed.

"I like making mommy laugh. It's the easiest thing in the world." I kissed her cheek.

"Now we can have two funny boys running around the house." She agreed.

That broke me. I stood at the end of the stairs and stared at them.

"Something wrong, buddy." Daddy smiled at me wrapping his arms around mommy.

"Are you guys really having that baby?" I asked, scratching my head.

"Well, what else could we possible do it with it?" My mom laughed. She thought I was making a joke but I wasn't. I stared at them blankly. I walked upstairs before they saw that tear drop.

After brushing my teeth and putting on my pajamas by myself, I got ready to be tucked in. I opened the window just a crack.

"Hey buddy!" Daddy held me upside down and I laughed. "So you ready for bed?"

"I guess..."

"Any story you had in mind?" He tucked me into my bed. I sat up.

"Nope." I hugged him and kissed his cheek. "Good night and I am sorry about what I said to you."

"Okay, then, goodnight." He stood there awkwardly for a minute. "And it's okay, buddy. I know you didn't mean it.

"Don't get all mushy on me now! Go take care of mommy or something!" I heard mommy laughing.

"Yeah, go take care of mommy," Mommy agreed, closing my bedroom door. I smiled and turned over in my bed.

~Leslie's POV~

The next morning, I stared at ceiling while Graham brushed his teeth.

"You okay?" He laughed.

"I am fine but when I was first pregnant I never thought about that baby in me. I only thought about others things. But now, I can't stop thinking about it." I smiled, getting up. "It's a fear of happiness."

"Well, I guess that is good." He smiled and walked back into bathroom.

I got up and prepared to make up the bed. Travis is rather quiet this morning. Usual he runs in here to just to bribe us to do something this weekend. What are we even going to do this weekend?

"Hey Graham," I called out as I made up the bed.

"Yeah, baby?" He asked, wiping toothpaste from his mouth.

"Did you wake up Travis yet?" I giggled.

"Nope, I figured he be up eating something while watching tv. The kid has got a passion for the science channel." He spit in the sink.

"Well, I'll go wake him up. Hey, do you want to go fishing today?" I grinned. "I like fishing with my family."

"Yeah, that would be awesome." Graham smiled and pressed his lips to my lips. "Just remember, if we don't catch anything, better luck next time."

I shook my head and went down the hall to Travis' room. Something was strange. His room felt so cold when I opened the door. His ruffled sheets about his bed.

"Oh Travis, I have told you so many times before not to leave your window open when it rains. It gets mighty cold. Now where have you run off to now?" I looked around the room. Well, Herb isn't here.

I went downstairs but nope, he wasn't there. I looked outside and that's where I saw him. Herb laying in road. The one thing that Travis would never leave without. Then I thought over what Seth said. "Instead of murdering anyone, he would make you trade. Make you suffer until you get it."

And my whole world turned upside down.

"Graham!" I sobbed.
