She walks the halls
A zombie on her feet
The hopes and dreams in her heart
Her soul wishes to leap

She passers by know
The girls all laugh and play
But if they really knew
They wouldn't know what to say

The boy which she thought was great
Now full of ego and pride
Broke her heart in two
Her feelings pushed aside

The one day that she decides
To look up at the world
Is the day she looks back down
For his face makes her disturbed

For now she cannot speak
For she knows tears will roll
And it will all show the feelings kept
From the world untold

Her heart now bound she doesn't trust
The boy she knew now gone
