She Never Stays Long

Every aspect of you,
Seems to ease my most troubled emotions.
Whenever you're near, and you speak,
It's like a cool cloth on my burning head.

I feel the water droplets fall from my face,
And they carry my stresses along with them.

This makes me forget my fever,
And I'm at peace once again,
But only for the moment;
She never stays long.
