Shatavari Dosage

Shatavari is a climbing plant commonly found in low jungle areas of India. If taken in the recommended dosage, this herbal supplement is known to treat a number of ailments.
Shatavari, also known by its biological name asparagus racemosus, is a climbing herb that predominantly grows in India. Shatavari is Sanskrit term for the Indian asparagus (also known as hundred roots). In Chinese, it is called tian men dong.
