Sex Without End

It is true that a couple's marriage can suffer subtle and even grave damages due to what one analyst called "bedroom frustration." At the beginning of most relationships and marriages, your sex life, naturally, is hot and very good, but as time goes on it begins to wane, and this downhill phenomenon climaxes during and after middle age for most women.

Most women go through middle age shunning sexual liaison with their spouses and suffer a lot undue emotional turmoil and painful vagina. This avoidable frame of mind, which could easily have been managed along with the painful vagina, will persist after middle age crisis denying the couple normal sexual relationship, and in most cases lead to divorce.

If you are among those women whose minds continuously say that Sex is no more for them and so no longer get turned on, because they find sex painful due to biological changes occasioned by age, you will do yourself a great favour by putting a stop to worrying; instead do things, positive things to ameliorate the situation.

The very first step is to accept that you are still worthy of admiration by your spouse. Secondly, combine good nutrition with exercise and thirdly, use water based lubricants to shield the walls of your vagina during intercourse, which you should practise regularly to tone the vagina back to robustness.

Foreplay, oral and anal sex are great ways of bringing back your sexual relationship on course, the worst that can happen to a couple is watch each other waste away sexually while living alone after the children have grown up and left home.
