It’s not very exciting, so if you want to skip it, feel free to.

Violet waved to Lindsay, Jasper and Rose from the window of the SUV. Tim was driving her back to the hotel; he didn’t want her walking back in the dark, even if it was only for ten minutes. She was sitting shotgun, her bag on her lap. Tim had put in a CD when he started the engine, she recognized a few lines, from when other cars had passed her with the music blaring.
‘…make your body go Wee Ooh Wee Ooh Wee…’
"It’s Jasper’s CD, do you want me to change it?" Tim asked her. Violet shook her head and Tim smiled and turned his attention back to the road. Violet closed her eyes and leaned back into the seat, she like the song. In the castle/palace she only got to listen to classical music, her mother had told her it would make her more sophisticated or something like that. Violet thought it was a bunch of shit but…she was also a mummy’s girl.

The car was silent except for the stereo and Tim pulled up in front of The Enchante twenty minutes later, there had been so much traffic.

"Should I get my luggage and check out, or should I wait till tomorrow?" Violet asked Tim, he thought about it for a minute.
"I think if you get your stuff and come back with me tonight, that would be best. Both of my children have taken a liking to you already" he smiled at her and she nodded and jumped out of the car and pushed through the big doors. The lobby didn’t fail to amaze, it looked even more amazing the second time seeing it.

Violet made her way to the elevators, pressed the button for her floor and watched the doors close. She was so excited, she had made some really awesome friends and now they were letting her move in! She grinned as she opened her door, she didn’t have much to pack, because she hadn’t unpacked. It took five minutes before she was downstairs-a bellboy behind her- and trying to check out.

It was a man behind the desk who was helping her. She checked his name-tag and asked Joel if she could check out.
"Of course Miss, may I have your name?"
"Violet Badeux" The man tapped a few keys and then looked up at her.
"One minute please Miss" Violet nodded and watched him walk through a door behind that read ‘Management’.
Half a minute later the Joel walked out, behind the tall man who had glared at Violet the day before.

He took Joel’s place at the computer without even looking at Violet and stared at it hard for a few seconds, then finally looked at Violet.
"Miss, are you trying to check out?" Violet nodded.
"Well I’m so sorry to say, but you can’t" he said it in a bored voice.
"Pardon?" Violet asked, why couldn’t she check out?
"You can not check out Miss, because you are booked for a week. You must stay for the full week that you paid for; it is one of The Enchante’s rules" She stared at him for a few moments, trying to figure out if he was joking.
"But sir, I want to check out; I don’t want to stay here for a week." The man glowered at her.
"You paid for a week though"
"I don’t care how long I paid for, I want to check out, now!" Violet’s voice was hard, rude, and she was shocked at it, but secretly delighted. But, tt didn’t have an effect on the man who was glaring at her so hard, if looks could kill Violet would be dead.

"Miss. You must stay for the week that you paid for. It’s a rule." Menace dripped from his voice and it scared Violet. Any delight had long since dried up. Her eyes were round with fear and she had taken a step back from the desk.

"Okay, I get it. A whole week," The man drew up with triumph in his eyes. He gestured to the bellboy to take Violet’s bags back up to her room.

Violet was scared, but she was pissed off too. Who was this man that kept glaring at her, he acted as if she had done something to him in the past. She stopped the bellboy and told him to take her bags out to the Black SUV parked outside. He nodded and she handed him a twenty and he hurried off. The man glared at her but said nothing. Her eyes fell on the nametag clipped to the breast pocket of his suit. Edward. She had just read it when Edward cleared his throat and raised an eyebrow.

"Miss Badeux, are you just going to stand in the lobby all night?" Violet felt something settle in her stomach at the sound of his voice. She loathed it, and it made her skin crawl. She refrained from spitting, turned on her heel and stomped out of the hotel. Tim was looking at her as she walked out and he leaned across the passenger seat and opened the door.

"You ok Vi? You look real angry" Tim asked, he was worried, Violet looked murderous. Her features were twisted into a scowl and her nostrils were flaring. She sat back and closed her eyes for a second, took a deep breathe, opened her eyes and turned to Tim.

"Yeah, I’m fine" she couldn’t check out but she wasn’t going to sleep there, they could charge her for all she cared. It was no skin off her nose.
"Okay, here we go" he started the engine and pulled out.

Why did Edward look like he wanted to hurt her, real bad? Why wouldn’t he let her check out? She knew it wasn’t a hotel rule; she had stayed in loads of hotels before. It was confusing and also giving her a headache, so she stopped thinking about it, instead she thought about Jasper and his gorgeous eyes.
Boring right?
Are you MAD?
Of course it is, you said so yourself stupid!
Um...I'm neutral
