Setting Out 10 (Part One)
Shopping!
Okay guys, I was going to use that horrible rude man in the hotel in some sort of conspiracy against Violet. But now I just can't be bothered. I think I'll do something different. Also, thanks to your poll results, I know what I'm going to do in the end. Enjoy xx

Violet woke up to her phone ringing. She groggily stood up and stumbled towards the chair where her little bag was. She dug around in it for her phone, her hand closed around it and she pulled it out.
"Hello?" she whispered, her head was banging and Lindsay was sleeping.
"Hello is that Mrs Badeux?" a man's voice said on the other end.
"Who? Mrs Bad- oh ! Yes, speaking"
"This is Edward Lloyd from the Enchante" It took Violet a while to remember who this person was.
"Oh the guy who kept glaring at me" she said, the words slipping out
"Yes. I'm so sorry about that. I feel like I have to explain" Edward sounded sorry and Violet decided to let him explain, she wanted to know what it was about.
"Go on" she sunk down onto the fake fur rug and played with it.
"Well, that day you signed into the hotel and the day after, I was in a bad mood. Um, it's kind of personal, I don't know if you want me to say it."
"No, no. Go on, please"
"The day you signed in I found out that my fiancée was um...cheating on me. And um, you look like her, a lot. So I suppose I was taking my anger out on you. I hope I didn't scare you away from the hotel or anything. I'm so sorry." Violet sat on the rug, mouth hanging open.
"That's so sad! I forgive you Edward". Edward breathed out in relief.
She said her goodbye's, hung up and climbed back into bed. It was only eleven in the morning.

Downstairs in the kitchen, Violet ignored Jasper as he came in. He said hi, and she turned her back to him. He tried to talk to her and she clanged her spoon against the bowl. Finally he gave up when she started slurping. He had absolutely no idea why she acting this way but he had a faint suspicion it was because of something Taylor told her.
Violet showered and got ready, she was putting her shoes on when Lindsay stirred in the bed.
"Hmm...what are you doing?" she whispered.
"I'm getting dressed to go somewhere" Violet whispered back. Even with a hangover Lindsay was sharp.
"Where?"
"I have to go visit my um...parents" Violet didn't really lie, it was half true.
Satisfied, Lindsay rolled over and went back to sleep.
Violet wasn't going to visit her parents, she was going to ring them, then go shopping. Shopping made her feel happy, and right now she was feeling bored and a little bit sad. She was missing Taylor, he had such a contagious laugh, and she wanted to kiss him again...and again...and again.
She was smiling as she left the house, she was armed with all her credit cards and it was also a wonderfully hot day. She got into her car but as she got close to the main roads, she saw that traffic was horrible, groaned and hit the steering wheel in frustration.
Just then someone knocked on her window and made her jump and scream. Violet turned and saw Taylor's grinning face. She wound down the window with a big smile.
"Taylor! You scared me half to death!" Taylor rested his arms on the car door.
"Tch tch tch Vi, what did that poor steering wheel do to you?"he tutted.
Violet pointed at the traffic and Taylor laughed.
"Where are you going?"
"Oxford Street" Violet narrowed her eyes.
"Are you stalking me or something?" Tayloe gasped in mock outrage.
"Mais oui! Who wouldn't stalk the beautiful Violet!?" Violet laughed.
"Where are you going?" Taylor shrugged.
"Nowhere. Hay! I've got a brilliant idea, how about-" Violet had already leaned over and opened the passenger door. He looked at her and smiled.
He walked to the other side of the car and slid in. The traffic still hadn't moved. Violet knew exactly how to pass the time. She turned to Taylor and saw that he was staring at her. They leaned forward simultaneously and their lips met, they pulled away quickly though, laughing, because the gearstick was digging into their stomachs.
Taylor proved to be excellent company all the way to Oxford street. She never once stopped laughing, and every time they were stuck in traffic they kissed. It took them two hours to get to Oxford Street, that's a lot of kisses.

Sorry it's so short, it's just that I kind of have writers block.
Hope it's not too boring.
