SENDING KIDS BACK TO SCHOOL

I have two children and they are getting ready for back to school!!I know its really expensive to send them back so here's my advice to you:
1) Don't wait till the last minute
2) Don't buy all at once
3) Always look for bargains
4) Walmart is just as good as j.c.penny's
5) Wait till the tax free weekend
This is my advice cause I'm not some rich person who can just go pick something up without looking at prices so for all my middle class folks out there hope this advice helps out!!
