Secrets - Part Six
Caitlin, a beautiful girl lives as a normal teenager and she is also a secret keeper. She even helps some people to solve their problems but she, herself, is keeping her own secret. Will she be able to keep it any longer? Or will she find someone who she can tell about it?
Chapter Six
I don't know why Brent is always busy with wanting to know everything about me, my life plus my love life. I mean, nobody likes it when there is someone's interfering with people's life.
"Casper! Caity! Get down here! I need to talk to you both!" Mom shouts, interrupting my thought.
"Coming!" I surprisingly shout back with Casper, unisonly. Then we open our door at the same time and giggle.
Soon as we're in the living room. Mom asks us to take a sit. She's never acting like this UNLESS if there's something really important.
"So what do you want to tell us, mom?" Casper asks, looking straight at mom's eyes.
"Remember Uncle Todd?" We nod to her question, "He's going to stay with us cause he's just get divorced and there's nowhere he could live with, his absolutely nothing left. His ex-wife took all his money and left him for other man. So, please behave yourself when he's here, okay? Especially you Caitlin."
Why me? Oh right. The last time he came here, I kicked his dudu and punched his face. What? I was just playing around okay? And I was eight at that time so yeah he let me go. Lucky me.
"Okay mom. Poor him," Casper says, nudging my rib with his elbow. Thank God to Casper I come back to my senses.
"Yeah, Thank God. Uhh I mean, yeah Casper's right," I shake my head and give mom a smile.

"Yeah, he's coming over tomorrow. Yeah. Yeah. I know right! Why don't you come over? Tomorrow is going to be my first day at school of a new week. Haha yeah. Help me with stuffs, can you? Okay I'll wait for you. Bye Brent! See ya baybayyyy!" I laugh as I hang up the phone.
Seems like im forgetting for what he had asked last night. I just can't be mad at him for over a day. He's just too kind to lose him. Yet. Lol
A loud knock on the door downstairs, surprised me. I guess that's Brent. I run downstairs only to find a 6 feet tall guy with a mustache and a gleam of beard. He looks in his mid thirties but he's looking so young like he's only twenty plus. His hot looking with his gorgeous tough masculine body sending me a shiver down my body. Not forget to mention his gray-ish blue eyes and his pointed long noise, looks hot on him.
I didn't realize, I was drooling till mom puts her hand on my shoulder. Thanks mom, I think I'll never get the chance to look at this guy any longer. Oh yeah please note that lovely unlovely sarcasm.
"Todd! I missed you! Thought you're gonna come tomorrow and you're here now? You look so different or is it because we haven't met for years?" Mom hugs him tightly.
Did she mention Todd? Isn't that's my uncle's name? Omg! Is he... He can't be. Omg! It really is him! It's Uncle Todd! What happened to his welcome-to-our-home tomorrow thingy? He must've been kicked out by the evil witch or that evil wizard. I never liked her, I mean who does? She was like a bitch that can't even wear anything down from her thighs. All her dresses are up on her thighs, just below her fake butt.
"Is this my cute lil' niece Caitlin? Look at her! She's all grown up now. How are you, sweetie?" He pulls me into a hug and kisses both my cheeks.
This handsome guy seriously is my uncle? I can't believe it! Why does he have to be my relative? How I wish I can get a guy like him. He looks so natural, no fake tan, no fake brunette, no contact lenses and no fake mustache.
"Hi Uncle Todd. Guess you're right cause your cute lil niece with cute puppy eyes is here. All~ grown up. I'm fine and getting more awesome if you could and would actually believe it." I stick my tongue out to him and continue, "How about you? Doin' great?"
With that a hint of sadness in his eyes are clearly seen but he seems to hide it and says, "I'm fine too, honey. And so far, so good."
"Coolio!" I chuckle as he smiles at me. I hug him again and kiss his cheeks. My cheeks are burning now, I'm sure he sees me smiling like a crazy girl who's dying to kill someone and I'm sure he sees me blushing like chili.
He puts his arm around my shoulder and walk into the living room, sitting on one of the sofa with me beside him.
"Caity! I'm here!" The most annoying but cute voice enchanting down the tower. Kidding.
"Brent I'm here! In the living room," I shout back. He smiles and hug me tightly like we havent met for years but we just met yesterday.
"L-let me g-go. I-i can't bre-athe," I take in breath like 100 times faster than usual and breath out at the same speed. He finally let me go and whisper a tiny 'sorry' in my ear. I roll my eyes at him and sit back next to Uncle Todd. Or should I just call him Todd? Grrr.
Brent pulls my hand arm and bring me to my room then he locks the door.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" I ask, creasing my forehead.
He stretches his arm pointing down on the floor, "That guy! He's dangerous!"
"What? Dangerous? Who? Uncle Todd?" I question him which he responds with a confused look on his face.
"Did you say uncle?" Now he's the one who's asking me and I just nod my head while giving him a cheerful smile. Brent let out a sigh and rub his chest.
"Thought he is some psycho stranger cause I thought he was checking you out," he chuckles.
I raise an eyebrow and pinch his cheek. "checking me out? Seriously? Is that what you got Brent?" Letting my hand go from his cheek, I say, "How I wish he was not my uncle. I totally would date him ya know!" I sigh and lay down on my bed, closing my eyes.
He sighs too and lay down beside me, looking at me, he mumbles "I wish....." I couldn't hear him after the word wish cause he said it too quietly.
I sit down and hold his arm then ask, "What did you just say?"
Instead of answering, he shakes his head and smile weakly.
If I'm not mistaken he said, 'I wish you were mine' but then again I might have mistaken all that.
After an awkward silence, he stands up and stuck his hands in his pocket, leaning on the wall, probably pretending like a macho guy or something.
I eye him and waiting for something from his mouth.
"Hey Caity, wanna go for a walk?" He asks, smirking at me. I shake my head and smile happily.
Standing up in front of him, I say, "I got a LOT works to do with my Toddy bear!" I shriek at the end.
He frowns and ask, "Toddy Bear? Or Teddy bear?"
I lean forward him which makes my face is about inches from his face, "It's Toddy bear, get it? Toddy, Todd?" With that, I smile and skip downstairs.

I know I shouldn't upload it like seriously but I don't want to disappoint some of you especially my friend, Reem. I know it's short but I did this before my exam starts and now it's already started so you gotta wait for another 2-3 weeks for the next chapter. Teehee!
