This Chapter came faster than I thought it would. Lol. But I really, really had fun writing this. So, I just hope you guys have fun reading it, and I hope you enjoy it. Also, I think the next Chapter may be the ending Chapter. Unless I come up with something else to add before I end it :D
The picture on the side is somewhat how I pictured the necklace looking, but with three diamonds surrounding it. Lol.
Anyway, I want to say thanks, again, for the comments! You guys really help by commenting because your comments help to motivate me to write.
So, thanks again and enjoy! :D

Emily sat on Jason’s bed awaiting his return. He said he had bought Emily a gift to make up for not seeing her or checking on her in the past few weeks. Emily hoped it wasn’t something big.
The room was completely silent, so when the knock sounded at the window, Emily jumped. She could hear her name being whispered.
Emily got up and, very cautiously, walked to the window. She looked out, but didn’t see anything. So, she opened the window.
She leaned over the window sill and looked down. Jason’s bedroom was on the third floor of the house, therefore it was a long way down to the ground from his window.
Emily could barely make out the figure standing in the dark below. She squinted, trying to get a better look when Jason opened the bedroom door.
"Don’t move! Close your eyes," Jason told Emily.
"Okay," she said.
Emily closed her eyes and didn’t move one muscle. Jason walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Now, open your eyes," Jason whispered in her ear.
Emily opened her eyes, only to be completely shocked. In Jason’s hand was a long rectangular box. It was navy blue and velvet.
Jason opened the lid for Emily. Inside was a beautiful necklace. There was a big, clear, heart shaped diamond in the middle, surrounded by three littler, blue diamonds.
"These diamonds aren’t real," Emily breathed, incredulously.
Jason chuckled, "They are, actually."
"No way!"
"Yeah."
"Wow. Jason, you shouldn’t have. Really. You shouldn’t have."
"But I wanted to," Jason said as he pulled his arms from around her waist.
He pulled the necklace out of the box. Emily held her hair up as Jason put the necklace on her. Emily smiled and hugged Jason.
"Thanks," Emily told him.
"You’re welcome. Besides, you deserve it."
"No, I don’t."
"You do," Jason argued back.
"No I don’t."
"Emily, be quiet."
Emily laughed and hugged Jason again. Only, when she went in for the hug, Jason was going in for a kiss. Emily didn’t stop him.
She tangled her hands in Jason’s hair and pulled him closer. Jason’s arms went around Emily once more. He picked her up and carried her to his bed.
Still kissing her, Jason laid himself and Emily on the bed. Emily pulled away a little.
"I don’t know if I should do this," she whispered.
"I’m not going to make you do anything you don’t want to."
"Really?"
"Really, really," Jason whispered the words on Emily’s lips.
"I need to tell you something…" Emily told him, warily.
"What?"
"I… had sex with Damien. I didn’t mean to. I was down at the river house with him and things just got out of control. If I could take it back, I would. It was a big mistake. And we didn’t use a condom because we weren’t really thinking and I missed my period. I took a few pregnancy tests and they all came back positive. And I’m so, so, so sorry Jason. I really am," Emily rushed out in one breath.
Jason just stared at Emily, speechless. Emily felt horrible for ever sleeping with Damien now. She wanted her first time to be with someone who loved her as much as she loved them. And instead, she gave herself to someone she loved, but didn’t carry the same feelings, and who was also with someone else.
"I forgive you."
The sentence was so low that Emily almost thought she imagined hearing it. Jason was looking at her, though, with forgiveness and understanding in his eyes.
"You do?" Emily asked.
"I do. I’m not holding one little mistake against you. We all make them, and we’ll all continue to make them. Besides, everyone needs forgiveness. And so, I forgive you," Jason explained.
"I’ve got to go home."
"Okay. Do you want me to take you or are you having someone to pick you up?"
"I’m going to walk. It’s only a twenty minute walk and I need some time to think."
"I don’t think you should be walking, alone, at night, by yourself."
"I’ll be alright," Emily assured him.
Jason got off the bed, pulling Emily up with him. He hugged her tightly and kissed her forehead.
"I’ll see you later."
"Yeah," Emily said, pulling out of Jason’s embrace.
Emily walked out of Jason’s room and down the stairs. Something was telling her to walk. Otherwise, she would have had Jason drive her home. And then there was the issue about the person outside Jason’s window.
Emily was half way down the road when she stopped. Her stomach rolled with nausea. She walked to the side of the road and hunkered down.
Without warning, she vomited in the ditch. Emily’s head started spinning. She felt like she was going to pass out. She got off the road and laid in the grass.
Her vision was dancing in and out. It was dark enough without the black spots. Her hearing was still good, though. She knew when whoever or whatever was walking toward her had stopped beside her.
Emily tried making out who or what it was. All she could really tell was that it was a person. A tall person. She closed her eyes and tried to stay calm.
Emily’s stomach rolled again. She turned her head to the side, waiting for the vomit to come. Emily was barely aware of anything that was going on. But she did feel when the person standing beside her picked her up from the ground.
She bit her tongue, trying to keep from puking on the person carrying her. The rocking of her body as the stranger walked wasn’t helping her stomach any. It actually made her more nauseous.
"Put me down," Emily said, trying to sound strong.
She failed. The stranger carrying her snorted. He did, however, hold her closer; it eliminated most of the rocking.
Emily groaned as another wave of nausea hit her. She didn’t know what was wrong with her. Surely it wasn’t the pregnancy doing this to her, already.
"I’m taking you to the house, getting my car, and taking you on to the hospital," the stranger said, speaking at last.
The only problem was that Emily knew the voice. She didn’t want it to be him, but it was. She groaned again, this time because of the person carrying her; Damien.
"Just put me down. I don’t want you to carry me," Emily whispered.
"I’m not putting you down. You probably can’t even walk."
"Damn it, Damien! Put me down, now!"
"No. And don’t try to fight me. I’m much stronger than you are. Besides, I don’t want you walking right now. Something’s wrong with the baby. I can feel it."
Emily tensed in Damien’s arms. If her heart could stop and her still alive, it was happening now. Emily was having a hard time breathing.
"Yeah. I know about the baby. Look, Emily, there’s something I need to tell you. Something I should have told you a long time ago, but didn’t think I could."
"Then tell me," Emily managed to get out.
"Not now. It’s not the right time. We’ve got to get you to the hospital. Something’s wrong with the baby."
"How do you know?"
"I don’t know. I can just feel it. Besides, you shouldn’t have nausea this bad. And your stomach shouldn’t be hurting as bad as it is. Especially with you being pregnant."
"Okay…"
"Trust me, okay?"
"That’s a little hard to do, especially considering what happened," Emily whispered, not even trying to hide the fact that she was crying.
"Listen, I don’t know what Clare said to you, but it if it was anything about us being together, it isn’t true. You should know that, Emily. You know me. I wouldn’t cheat on someone. And I’m not gay."
"I know… I kind of gathered that when you slept with me."
Damien didn’t say anything else. He did walk faster, though. Emily closed her eyes and tried deep breathing to keep from throwing up on Damien.
Emily counted to one hundred over and over, to herself. She had counted to seven one hundreds before they reached the house. The nausea had settled down a bit, but her stomach was still hurting.
Damien walked past Emily’s house. He opened his car door and sat Emily inside. Emily laid back and tried to keep the motion of the car from making her sick again.
"So, were you even going to tell me?" Damien asked in a low voice.
"Well…"
"Emily, don’t tell me you weren’t going to let me know about my own child."
"I… didn’t want to bring anything up about it to you. You need to go to college and get a good education. I didn’t want the baby to interrupt that," Emily lied.
"That’s bullshit, Emily."
"Yeah, probably."
Emily didn’t feel like arguing with Damien. At least, not right now anyway. She just felt like sleeping.
"How did you find out?" Emily asked after a moment of silence.
"I have my ways."
"I know you do, Damien! Gah! You know everything about everyone. My god. Just tell me how you knew."
"Not right now."
"There’s not going to be another time to tell me. When we get to the hospital I’m going to call Jess and have her come get me. And then I’m going to finish packing for college so I can leave out tomorrow morning."
Damien turned his head from the road. He didn’t say anything. Instead, he just stared at Emily bewilderedly. But when she turned her head to look out the window, he turned his face back to the road.
Emily didn’t know what to say. She hadn’t planned on any of this happening. Damien wasn’t even supposed to know about the baby. How does he do it?
"I have visions," Damien announced.
The abruptness of the statement caught Emily off guard.
"What?" Emily asked.
"You want to know how I do it? I have visions. I see futures. I saw Jessica holding our baby while you slept in the hospital bed. That’s how I knew. I can’t see my own future, though, and I can’t see yours either," Damien explained.
Emily was rendered speechless. Out of all the things she had ever thought Damien could be, a psychic definitely wasn’t one of them. That explained a lot of stuff, though.
"You’re a…" Emily said, trailing off.
She didn’t know what to say. She didn’t even think she could say anything. The nausea came back all of a sudden.
Emily started seeing black spots. All she remembered was that they were on their way to the hospital. Because something was wrong with the baby.
"The baby…" Emily whispered.
She didn’t hear what Damien said. Before she knew it, the darkness pulled her under and she passed out.
