1. Try for some aerobic exercise every morning before you eat your first meal of the day. Try for whatever cardio activity your heart desires - running, biking, or whatever else suits your fancy. Get perspiring for around 30 minutes or so. It is absolutely imperative to work out prior to you eating. Why, you ask? Because if you have no food in your stomach, the burned calories will be excess fat calories from your cells, rather than any food calorie you saved up from a prior meal. 2. Skip the muffin. Take the orange. In lieu of the ordinary breakfast food, go for some fruit. They're perfect for your health, and also kick up the old metabolism, which enables more burning of fat spanning the day. Load up, and you'll feel full!

3. Aim for a higher number of lighter meals. Eat whatever you wish, but instead of the usual breakfast, lunch, and dinner, eat five lighter-portioned meals. Your metabolism will benefit, because it will not need to exert effort plowing through large meals in one sitting. This enables it to burn the left-over fat. This isn't too daunting to implement. As an example, don't consume the whole giant meal for lunch. Take down half of it with fruits accompanying it, and then finish the rest of it a little bit later. It's important to spread it out. Do this consistently and you won't be hungry, and your metabolism will love you for it!

4. Get into some abdominal workouts later in the day. Do whatever ab exercise you like. You don't have to push yourself too hard, since you've done the bulk of the work with the wise eating and cardio.
