Scrapbooking in Woodland Hills, California
Learn about the many classes offered through Scrapbook Safari, in Woodland Hills, California.
Scrapbook Safari refers to themselves as the "premier scrapbook store in the San Fernando Valley". They have 3200 square feet of scrapbooking fun.
Scrapbook Safari recently held a 24 hour scrapping marathon. I’m certain an awesome time was had by all. Ahh to be able to scrapbook for 24 straight hours. Who needs sleep?!
Other classes offered include "Scrapbook Savvy", designed for the beginner scrapbooker. You’ll leave with a 2 page layout after learning about tools, papers, embellishments and more, "Friends Make and Take" which is a two page layout of you and your friends and "Cherish Every Moment", another two page layout, highlighting those very special moments in your life. "Vintage Baby" is a class designed for anyone wanting to create that "vintage" look to their scrapbook pages. You will need to bring some of your own supplies for this class, so please call the store for details or check their website.
Next in their lineup is their "Perfectly Perpetual Planner" class. For those of you who use day planners, this class is tailor made for you. You’ll create your own planner, and all from scrapbook supplies.
These are just a few of the many classes offered by Scrapbook Safari.
Scrapbook Safari offers a diverse selection of supplies to cater to all tastes and styles. They have a very large selection of acid free photo supplies.
San Fernando Valley is huge and offers many photo opportunities. Universal Studios in Universal City is one of my favorite places to visit. There are rides, shops, restaurants and more. It’s a full day photo opportunity. You could create an entire scrapbook album on just a trip to Universal Studios.
Descanso Gardens in La Canada is a 160 acre botanic garden, containing almost 40,000 camellia bushes. There is also a Japanese garden, a lilac garden and an iris garden. If you are not using a digital camera, bring several rolls of films.
There is a large staff at Scrapbook Safari. Ask for additional photo adventures during your stay in San Fernando Valley.
