Scott Baio is 46…and Married

Baio, 46, and Sloan, 35, were married in a small ceremony on the rooftop of a high-rise building in Los Angeles. The couple’s newborn daughter and Sloan’s 18-year old daughter from a previous marriage were in attendance. The nuptials were captured on film for the second season of Baio’s widely popular reality show Scott Baio is 45…and Single.

Baio’s reality show premiered last summer for a seven episode run on VH1 and focused on the fact that he had dated a bevy of beauties including Happy Days co-star Erin Moran, Pamela Anderson, and Heather Locklear but is afraid of commitment. He hired a life coach to help him overcome his phobia and decide whether or not he could commit to Sloan. In the last episode it was revealed that Sloan was pregnant with the couple’s first child. The baby was born last month, but her name has not been released yet. Season 2 of the show is set to premiere next month and will presumably focus on his relationship with Sloan, their marriage planning, and the birth of their daughter.

Baio is probably most known for his roles on Happy Days and Charles in Charge. He has also appeared on a number of popular television series including Full House, Diagnosis Murder, The Nanny, and Arrested Development. He struck a cord with audiences with his reality show when he was forced to confront a number of ladies that he had wronged including Moran, Nicole Eggert, and Julie McCullough. Hopefully he has gotten over his fear of commitment and can be a good husband and father.
