Scarring Alopecia Causes

However, bacterial infection causing scarring alopecia would require antibiotics. Even antimalarial and isotretinoin are also used for treating this condition. Both antibiotics and isotretinoin are used, if the inflammation is caused by either neutrophils or other cells.
